YES! We love making pieces that resonate with you as an individual and custom orders are the best way to achieve that! Feel free to communicate with us with all your wishes

- We offer layaway plans of 2-3 installments over a period of 2-3 months -as per your preference

- Shipping is added in the last installment. We prefer equal installments but we can do the first one at 20% of the value and other equal.

- If at any point during the layaway you want to cancel the transaction, we charge a cancellation fee of 10%.

- We will start production/alteration (size, etc) after we have received 60% of the payment. NO Cancellations for custom orders once production begins.

- Your item will be shipped after we have received full payment.

- Working time for listed pieces is 5-15days.

- Custom orders can take upto 1-3 weeks.

- Standard shipping normally takes 7-15 days. It can vary depending on location.

- Express shipping is available via FedEx at additional charges. Please message us with your location & postal code for the rates. Delivery time 3-5 business days

Every coupon is valid for 1 time use per customer, unless communicated otherwise by us. If abused, we will reach out to you to pay the balance OR the order will be cancelled.

Minimum order amount must be counted without the price inclusion of Tax and Gift wrapping.
